This page explains what happens to the details you send through our repair request form. Utah Appliance Help is run by Codify. Refrigerate LLC (Lindon, UT) is affiliated with this site.
What the form collects
- Name
- Phone number
- City
- Appliance
- Brand (optional)
- A short description of the problem
- Preferred time (optional)
To block spam, the form also uses Cloudflare Turnstile and keeps a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address to limit repeat submissions. We also note which page you sent the form from.
Why we collect it
Only so that Refrigerate LLC, and possibly a partner repair shop as the consent line on the form says, can call or text you about your repair request.
Where it is stored
Requests are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this site. A copy of each request is emailed to Refrigerate LLC so they can follow up.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- Sending the form does not trigger any automatic text message. A person from the shop reaches out to you.
How long we keep it
Requests are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.
Asking for deletion
To have your request deleted, contact Refrigerate LLC by call or text at (801) 899-2171, or at 850 W 200 S Ste 1, Lindon, UT 84042.
